DEFINITION & INTERPRETATION
- INDAH LOGISTIK is a company incorporated as a legal entity engaged in the delivery of goods / goods deposit.
- DEPOSIT is all forms of goods / packages, documents or letters sent through INDAH LOGISTIK.
- Delivery is a consumer who has used the delivery service of DEPOSIT at INDAH LOGISTIK.

VALUABLE DEPOSIT is a type of shipment that has the following criteria:
a. According to the acknowledgment of SHIPPING has a high price.
b. Has a special shape and handling.
c. Are goods that have special meaning to the SENDER and RECIPIENT. - Dangerous goods are DEPOSITS that are explosive or flammable, easily breakable, involve leakage of liquid goods, or contain illegal drugs, which according to applicable laws and regulations are prohibited from being produced and distributed.
- Barang-barang berharga dan surat-surat berharga adalah TITIPAN sesuai jenis dan kreteria berupa: Emas, Perak, Perhiasan, Uang Tunai ,Sianida, Platinum dan Batu atau Metal berharga, Cek tunai, Bilyet Giro, Money Order atau Traveller's Cheque, Barang Antik, BPKB, STNK, Mutasi Kendaraan, Kier Kendaraan ,ljazah, Passport, Sertifikat Tanah / Rumah, Akte Kelahiran, Dokumen Asuransi Kartu Tanda Penduduk (KTP, Surat lzin Mengemudi (SIM, Raport, Kartu Keluarga (KK, Dokumen Notaris, Surat Kuasa, Sertifikat HGB, Buku Nikah, Akta/Surat Kematian. Sertifikat Prociuk (ISO,Lisensi, SK Pensiun dan Surat Keterangan Pindah (Domisili, dll.)
- Goods prohibited by the government are DEPOSITS containing categories such as untaxed goods, marijuana, narcotics, firearms, rare animals, protected animals, including animal organs.
- Force majeure is a condition that is caused either due to natural disasters, emergencies, or other things that are not measurable and / or beyond human capabilities so that the goods are damaged, delayed or lose the goods belonging to the Sender.

In general, there are two types of shipment weight: actual weight and volumetric weight. Actual weight is measured by scale, while volumetric weight is affected by the dimensions Length, Width, and Height using these formulas:
Land Cargo = (L x W x H/5,000)
Sea Cargo = (L x W x H/5,000)
Air Cargo = (L x W x H/6,000)
Cubic Volume = (L x W x H/1,000,000).
GUIDELINES AND TERMS OF DELIVERY INDAH LOGISTIK
- All prices and regulations are considered valid and agreed upon by the Sender once the Sender has signed the receipt/proof of shipment in the Sender column and/or handed over the package to INDAH LOGISTIK.

The SENDER is prohibited from submitting DEPOSITS to INDAHLOGISTIK for delivery to the RECIPIENT if they contain:
a. Dangerous goods as defined above.
b. Valuable goods and securities as defined above.
c. Government-prohibited goods as defined above. - Each shipment sent through INDAH LOGISTIK is accepted based on the Sender declaration. If the goods do not match the Sender declaration, INDAHLOGISTIK is not responsible for those goods in accordance with applicable law.
- If the deposit is picked up / picked up by the recipient at the INDAH LOGISTIK office and if it is picked up more than 1X24 hours after notification of collection, an additional daily storage fee of 50% of the shipping fee will be charged and if the recipient is not picked up more than 7X24 hours after notification from INDAH LOGISTIK the deposited goods is not the responsibility of INDAH LOGISTIK anymore.
- In the event that the RECIPIENT does not receive the DEPOSIT in accordance with the delivery service chosen by the SENDER, INDAH LOGISTIK will give 5 (five working days from the estimated time of delivery) the opportunity for the SENDER to submit a claim to INDAH LOGISTIK in the event that the DEPOSIT is not accepted.
- If the DEPOSIT is damaged or short upon receipt, the Recipient may file a claim to INDAH LOGISTIK by submitting a handover report signed by the RECIPIENT and INDAH LOGISTIK delivery officer, or by providing an unboxing video. If the RECIPIENT does not submit a claim/objection at the time of receipt and does not prepare a CLAIM REPORT signed by both parties, or provide an unboxing video, then the right to claim becomes invalid/forfeited automatically.
- INDAH LOGISTIK is responsible for damage and/or shortage of DEPOSIT contents before handover. If damage and/or shortage is discovered after the DEPOSIT is received by the Recipient, the Sender may submit a claim within 1x24 hours.
- If the deposit value is above Rp. 1.000.000,- (one million rupiah), then the DEPOSIT can be insured by the SENDER to an insurance company that has been appointed by INDAH LOGISTIK, and the Sender pays the premium in accordance with applicable regulations.
- If a package is damaged/lost due to force majeure caused by fire, earthquake, natural disasters, or other events beyond human control, and the goods are insured, compensation follows the declared value stated at the time of handover to INDAH LOGISTIK.
- If a package is damaged/lost during shipment and is not insured, INDAH LOGISTIK provides compensation of 10 times the shipping fee or a maximum of Rp1,000,000.

Claims must be submitted in writing by the SENDER at the transaction location with original documents:
a. Valid SENDER identity.
b. RECEIPT.
c. Purchase invoice/receipt.
d. These documents will be matched with documents at INDAH LOGISTIK. If there is any discrepancy, INDAHLOGISTIK will decide based on its records. By signing the RECEIPT, the SENDER declares that they have read and agreed to all terms and conditions above. -
DEPOSIT shipment cancellation is divided into 2 (two):
a. Cancellation at Pick Up is subject to a minimum payment of 50% of shipping costs.
b. Cancellation after goods have been brought to the warehouse means all paid fees are non-refundable. - The sender hereby declares acceptance and agreement to these terms and conditions.
